Boto which means "boat" in Japanese, is inspired by its very name to take you away and set sail on an appetizing adventure.
Our talented chefs use fresh cuts of sushi along with seasonal ingredients to present unique rolls like the Seanile, Fantasea. They slice, squeeze, and sear all masterfully by hand to deliver you the most beautiful and delicious plates.
